cd commands "appearing"

when connecting to someone using ctcp everything is fine until the default 'idle connection 30 seconds before connection closed' message appears. Then a "cd" command appears (my fingers do not touch the keyboard i swear, this happens everytime the 30 second message appears, I then have an irate op telling me i am camping on the site and to get off or i will get banned. Is this something hard coded in QwIRC or what? Has anyone else had this problem?
