Sorry, not at this time, but the option will be a scheduled upgrade for QwIRC 1.0. The reason for the lack of 'option' is that many new users of any server, mIRC script or otherwise, tend set the ad to 2 minutes or even less! It's stuck at 10 to prevent abuse of this kind... keep yourself posted for an update.
