It could be any number of things but one thing to keep in mind is that file send "trigger" and "nick" are not necessarily the same thing. most users use their nick as trigger but since nicks are dynamically changable triggers make it possible that a user can continue to receive file reqeusts no matter what their nick changes to, or to put it another way, nick changes don't invalidate the request trigger shown in the file list.

So that's one possible issue. The other is, sometimes filelists contain a plain text narrative header of some kind or another. Firegrab attempts to determine the servers trigger by anyalysing the text. SOMETIMES the header contains text that confuses firegrab's trigger detection. It's a pain I know but files that create this situation should probably prove to be the exception not the rule, and if you use a text edtior to simply delete the header information, leaving only the file listings it should clear the problem up.
